Veritas Coin Group LLC sells precious metals online, by mail, and over the phone. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, insure, and deliver orders.

1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

• United States (Domestic): All 50 states, subject to carrier availability and security restrictions.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.

2) Processing Time (Order Handling)

Because precious metals shipments are high-value and require careful packing and verification:

• Most in-stock orders ship within [1–3] business days after:
  1. payment clears, and
  2. any required order verification is completed.
• Orders placed after [cutoff time] may begin processing the next business day.
• Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Note: Market volatility, supply availability, high order volume, weather events, or carrier disruptions can affect processing and transit times.

3) Order Verification & Security Holds

To protect our customers and prevent fraud, Veritas may require additional verification before shipment, including:

• confirming billing and shipping address,
• verifying identity or payment ownership,
• confirming high-value orders by phone.

If verification is required, shipment may be delayed until verification is completed.

If we cannot verify an order, we may cancel it and issue a refund according to our published policies.

4) Shipping Methods, Carriers & Insurance

We ship using reputable carriers such as [UPS / FedEx / USPS].

Shipping method options may include:

• Standard Shipping
• Expedited Shipping
• Overnight Shipping (where available)

Insurance: Precious metals shipments are typically insured while in transit, subject to the carrier and insurer terms.

Insurance may require:

• delivery to the confirmed shipping address,
• signature confirmation,
• reporting time limits for loss/damage (see Section 9).

We reserve the right to upgrade, change, or restrict shipping methods for security reasons.

5) Signature Requirement & Delivery Rules

For security, Veritas may require signature confirmation on any order, and we typically require signatures for:

• high-value shipments,
• first-time customers,
• orders with address changes,
• any order flagged for additional review.

Important delivery rules:

• Carriers may not release a signature-required package without an adult signature.
• We may restrict delivery changes (redirect/hold) after shipment.
• If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, address errors, or refusal, fees and/or market loss adjustments may apply.

6) Shipping Address Requirements

For your security:

• The shipping address must be complete and accurate (street number, unit, ZIP).
• We may require shipping to match the billing address for certain payment types or risk profiles.

P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO:

We may restrict shipping to P.O. Boxes depending on product value, carrier options, and insurance requirements.

Address Changes:

Requests to change a shipping address after an order is placed may trigger additional verification and can delay shipment. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

7) Discreet Packaging

Veritas uses discreet packaging when possible to reduce theft risk. Packages generally do not display precious metals-related markings.

8) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (online orders) or quoted at the time of purchase (phone/mail orders) based on:

• destination,
• order value,
• selected shipping speed,
• signature/insurance requirements.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders at our discretion and may exclude expedited options.

9) Tracking, Delivery Confirmation, and Claims

Tracking

When available, tracking information is provided by email or upon request. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking to update.

Missing Package / “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

• Check around your property and with neighbors/building management.
• Contact the carrier immediately to request GPS delivery details.
• Notify Veritas within 24 hours of the delivery scan.

Important: Carrier delivery confirmation (including signature confirmation where used) may be treated as proof of delivery.

Damaged Packages / Tampering

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or appears tampered with:

• Do not discard packaging
• Take clear photos of:

• outer box,
• shipping label,
• inner packaging,
• all contents

Notify Veritas within 24 hours of delivery.

We will assist with claims and resolution. Reporting delays may limit available remedies due to carrier/insurer time requirements.

10) Lost, Stolen, or Seized Packages

• Lost in transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost while insured, we will work with the carrier/insurer to resolve the claim.
• Stolen after delivery: If tracking confirms delivery (and signature where applicable), the shipment may be considered complete. We will provide documentation to assist with police reports or carrier inquiries, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.
• Carrier or law enforcement delays: Carrier investigations and claims can take time. We appreciate your patience during the process.

11) Special Shipping Scenarios

IRA / Depository Shipments

If you are purchasing for an IRA or shipping to a depository/custodian:

• Shipment must go to the custodian/depository address on file.
• Additional documentation and verification may be required.
• Processing times may vary based on custodian/depository receiving schedules.

Large or High-Value Orders

High-value orders may require:

• additional verification,
• insured express shipping,
• signature confirmation,
• restricted delivery changes.

12) In-Store Pickup

Veritas Coin Group LLC does not offer in-store pickup unless explicitly stated in writing for a specific order.
